We are seeking a hands-on leader who can manage production workflows, improve operational efficiency, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality manufacturing standards in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities - Plan, manage, and oversee daily production operations - Coordinate manufacturing schedules, assembly activities, and production targets - Ensure quality control and adherence to engineering and safety standards - Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost, and scalability - Work closely with design, procurement, and testing teams for smooth execution - Manage inventory, material planning, and vendor coordination - Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous process improvements - Lead and supervise production technicians and shop-floor teams - Support prototype builds, testing,
