Qualification : Should be a Working hours : 10 AM to 6.30 PM (should be a little adaptable) Salary (CTC) : 40 – 60k : Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements. Estimate costs and prepare budgets. Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines. Monitor production to resolve issues. Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.) Determine the amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc. Ensure output meets quality standards. Enforce health and safety precautions. Directly reporting to the CEO through daily whats app updating and weekly updating through an Xcel or google sheet system. Will be required to visit Vendor locations for the update of the order given for production to a third party. Should be able to fully understand Auto Cad Drawings, open them and print theem in scale to issue to the necessary teams. Responsible for order placement timing, supply / demand alignment,



material replenishment and supplier performance. Sourcing the most affordable materials for the company’s manufacturing process. Monitoring of material delivery to ensure they are in a timely manner. Should be able to handle the purchase of the required goods such as WOOD, MARBLE, METAL.

Mandatory Requirement are: 1. Knowledge of MS- Office and should be able to apply formulas to Xcel.

2. Should have sufficient speed on the computer to do necessary emailing and updating works on Xcel and google sheet.

3. Knowledge in Autocad. 4.

Proficient English

Communication skills. (Reading, writing and Speaking) 5. Nice but strong personality to handle labour and the team.

6. Must understand hand-made production and upholstery.

7. Must be willing to learn new things and not be stubborn headed.

Pay: ₹40,329.66 - ₹60,262.38 per month
