Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations and ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently. This role includes planning and scheduling production, monitoring workflow, and coordinating with procurement, quality, and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

The Production

Manager will track performance metrics, optimize resource utilization, and implement process improvements in line with company standards.



Daily tasks involve supervising production staff, enforcing safety and quality guidelines, resolving operational issues, and reporting on output and inventory status to management. The role also requires maintaining documentation, supporting audits, and contributing to strategic initiatives for capacity expansion and cost control.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in production or manufacturing management, preferably in building materials, fabrication, or related industries.
- Strong skills in production planning, workflow optimization, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of quality control practices, safety regulations, and lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to lead and motivate in office teams, manage shift operations, and handle conflict constructively.
- Comfort with using production management software, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis tools.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in an on-site manufacturing environment in or near Hyderabad is an advantage.
