Position: Production Manager
Experience: 8+ Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the complete jewellery production process.
- Plan daily production and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Coordinate with CAD, Order, Production, QC, and other departments.
- Monitor production quality, quantity, and delivery timelines.
- Allocate work to production teams and monitor their performance.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues.
- Ensure minimum wastage and productive use of materials.
- Maintain production records and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure work is completed as per company quality standards and customer requirements.
- Manage manpower and ensure smooth day-to-day production operations.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
