Roles and Responsibilities:

- Production Support: Assisting in manufacturing of Ayurvedic and Nutraceutical products such as Tablets and Capsules; helping in weighing, serving, mixing, granulation and filling operations; loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods.

- Packaging & Labelling: Assisting in packing, sealing, labelling and batch coding of finished products; ensuring correct packaging materials are used as per Batch Records (BMR/BPR).

- Cleaning & Hygiene: Cleaning machinery, utensils and production areas as per SOPs; strictly following personal hygiene, gowning and sanitation procedures at all times.

- Documentation Support: Assisting supervisors in maintaining batch records and log books; following instructions as per production and quality SOPs.

- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety regulations and other relevant standards applicable to OSD pharmaceutical manufacturing

- Safety: Using safety equipment and following workplace safety rules at all times; handling materials and equipment carefully to avoid accidents and injuries.

- Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to initiatives that enhance overall productivity and product quality.

- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy in documentation, quality checks and adherence to procedures and SOPs at every stage of production.

- / Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks on the production floor, prioritise effectively and maintain accurate records as instructed.

- / Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and promptly report production-related issues to the supervisor for timely resolution.

- / Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, loading and unloading of materials during production and warehouse operations.

- GMP Awareness: Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, personal hygiene requirements and safety protocols as applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Qualifications:

- ITI - Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical or related trade - Preferred

- Diploma - Mechanical / Electrical or related field

- Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years in Pharma / Nutraceutical manufacturing
