Role & responsibilities:
- Plan and execute assembly and dispatch of control panels as per monthly production and delivery schedules.
- Allocate manpower, tools, and resources to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Plan and align assembly activities with inspection schedules to meet committed delivery dates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to productivity improvement.
- Monitor assembly progress, resolve issues, and manage bottlenecks across departments.
- Optimize productivity and resource utilization.
- Ensure documentation and compliance with ISO standards.
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient switch-gear production processes.
- Drive continuous improvement for better efficiency, quality, and delivery.
