- Leadership: Manage 10+ Engineers, 50+ Operators, Shift In-charges – Build a disciplined, high-performance team
- Lean &
- Systems: Drive 5S, Kaizen, TPM, SMED, Lean Manufacturing on the shop floor
- Cross-Functional: Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Stores &
- Dispatch to ensure zero line stoppage
- Safety &
- Compliance: 100% Safety compliance, ISO / IATF audit readiness
