We are looking for a responsible and organized Production Executive to manage and coordinate event production activities from planning to execution. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, production teams, and internal departments to ensure events are executed smoothly and as per the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage production requirements for events, weddings, and corporate functions.

- Coordinate with vendors, decorators, fabricators, rental agencies, and other service providers.

- Assist in planning production timelines, setup schedules, and event requirements.

- Ensure timely setup, execution, and dismantling of event production elements.

- Conduct site visits and coordinate on-ground production activities.

- Monitor quality, timelines, and execution as per approved plans.

- Coordinate with the design, operations, logistics, and event teams.

- Manage production materials, equipment, manpower, and in office requirements.

- Resolve on-ground production issues quickly and effectively.





- Maintain proper coordination and communication with vendors and clients when required.

- Monitor production costs and ensure expenses remain within the approved budget.

- Prepare and maintain production-related checklists, reports, and documentation.

- Ensure proper handling and return of production materials and equipment.

- Be available for event-day coordination, including evenings, weekends, and travel as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
