Role Description The Production Head (Dairy) will oversee all dairy production operations, ensuring consistent product quality, safety, and efficiency in line with regulatory and company standards. This full-time, on-site role is located in Karur and involves managing production planning, supervising staff, monitoring equipment performance, and optimizing processes to meet daily output and quality targets.

The Production

Head will coordinate with quality control, procurement, maintenance,



and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations, timely dispatch, and cost-effective use of resources.

Responsibilities include implementing food safety and hygiene protocols, resolving production issues, training team members, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contributing to high customer satisfaction through reliable production of dairy products.

Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of Dairy Products and dairy processing operations, including safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to ensure high Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction through reliable production and timely delivery.
- Experience in Quality Control and maintaining compliance with food safety regulations and industry certifications.
- Background in Food & Beverage manufacturing or processing, preferably in dairy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a production leadership role, managing teams and plant operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Karur and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
