Role & responsibilities

- Monitor day-to-day rubber manufacturing and production activities.

- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment as per standard operating procedures.

- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and process parameters are maintained.

- Monitor mixing, molding, extrusion, curing, finishing, and related manufacturing processes as applicable.

- Conduct basic inspection of raw materials and finished products.

- Identify production defects and coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams for corrective action.

- Maintain production records, machine logs, and shift reports.

- Support preventive maintenance and report machine abnormalities to the Maintenance team.

- Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace discipline.

- Minimize material wastage, production downtime, and rejection.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.

- Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the production area.

Preferred candidate profile Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, Rubber Technology, Polymer Technology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical, Electronics & relevant branches.
