Role & responsibilities

- Fabrication Supervision: Oversee day-to-day structural fabrication, assembly and welding of components.

- Quality & Welding Standards: Ensure all jobs strictly adhere to engineering drawings, welding procedures (WPS/PQR) and quality checklists.

- Precision Alignment & Balancing: Supervise critical machining alignments and the setup for energetic balancing of high-speed rotating elements.

- Manpower Management: Manage labor, fitters and welders efficiently to meet daily and weekly production targets while keeping scrap and rework to a minimum.

- Safety & Maintenance: Enforce workplace safety protocols and supervise routine maintenance of fabrication machinery (rolling machines, bending machines, welding rigs).

Preferred candidate profile The ideal candidate is a proactive Mechanical / Production Engineer or Diploma Holder with on-floor experience in a structural fabrication unit. We are looking for an individual with hands-on expertise supervising the manufacturing of rotating machinery. The candidate must be skilled in reading complex engineering drawings and capable of leading a team of fabricators, welders and technicians.
