Job Title: Production Engineer

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge about electronics with analog and digital.
- Knowledge about hands soldering, calibration, testing procedures.
- Perform root cause analyses of fault in PCB & discuss with R&D; team for any rectification in hardware or software.
- Positive Communication Skill.
- Quick Learner for new product.
- Develop testing procedures of new product with in circuit testing.
- Help mechanical team develop jigs for product.
- Report quality of components, design of mechanical fitments to appropriate authority.

Responsibility:

- Maintain the product quality with proper follow up of QC procedure.
- Manpower handler including task follow up.
- Daily basis product planning as per sales product for cart.
- Train & develop next line of supervisor for product line, management.
- Follow product specifications and quality control measures.
- Determine and train the technician for which machines, tools, equipment, etc.

- Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently.

Ability:

- Team handler.
- Target Achiever.
- Able to hard work with under pressure in coordination with sales & product development team.
- Good Accuracy and Efficiency, maintaining discipline in production department.
- Promote technician operators, to supervisory sales & help HR team in recruitments appraisals.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
