Production Engineer Requirements:

- Bachelors diploma or Degree in engineering (Master's degree preferable).

- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing Industry.

- Experience with CAD software.

- Proficiency in MS Office.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Strong leadership abilities.

- Ability to make decisions under pressure.

- Great attention to detail and organizational skills

Production Engineer Responsibilities:

- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, effective manner.

- Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production and labor required.

- Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.

- Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.

- Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.





- Obtaining any materials and equipment required

- Track all materials, equipment, and labor, and report daily production figures

- Monitor the productivity of staff, materials, and equipment to ensure maximum efficiency

- Be an effective team member, working with supervisor and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow with maximum output

- Understanding manufacturing processes and engineering, scientific and other technical information

- Keep work areas clean and organized

- Assist with the development of personnel

- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

- Uphold all health and safety procedure

- Train people within own work group

- Supervise sub-contractors
