? We’re Hiring | Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to achieve production targets.
- Handle and effectively utilize production manpower as per workload and production requirements.
- Prepare shift allocation and work allocation for operators and production staff.
- Manage day-to-day production activities in the CNC and VMC machine shop.
- Plan machine loading and production schedules as per customer requirements and delivery timelines.
- Monitor production output, rejection, rework, machine downtime, and overall productivity.
- Coordinate machine setup, job changeover, and smooth production flow.
- Maintain production data and update production status in the ERP system .
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Stores, and other departments for smooth production operations.
- Prepare daily production reports, MIS, and other required production documentation.
- Identify production issues and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions.




- Ensure proper implementation of 5S, safety standards, and company production procedures.

Required Experience & Skills

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in CNC/VMC machine shop production .
- Hands-on experience in production planning and shop-floor management .
- Good experience in manpower handling and shift management .
- Working knowledge of ERP systems .
- Positive knowledge of production reporting and MIS.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and machining processes.
- Good communication, team-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under production targets and delivery deadlines.
