We make custom t-shirts and uniforms. Every order is different. We need someone who can manage orders from start to finish without making mistakes. --- What You Will Do Every Day - Read customer orders and understand exactly what they need - Send order details to vendors and factory so work can start - Coordinate with vendors for embroidery, DTF printing, and logo work - Make sure logos are placed in the right position on every order - Follow up daily with vendors and factory to track progress - Update customers when their order is ready or if there is a delay - Keep simple records of orders and delivery dates - Catch problems early and inform the team --- What We Need - 1 to 2 years experience in coordination, customer support, or order management - Garment or printing background is a plus - Good communication — with customers, vendors, and factory - Careful and organised — one small mistake can waste an entire order - Positive at following up on your own without being told - Can speak English and Kannada.
