Production Coordinator (E-commerce)About Us

We are a growing D2C clothing brand, Nirmal Online (www.nirmalonline.com) based in Gandhinagar, Delhi. We are looking for a Production Coordinator to manage product creation, catalogue coordination, and marketplace uploads across Shopify, Myntra and Ajio.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with production .
- Create and manage product listings on Shopify, Myntra and Ajio.
- Upload product details, images, sizes, colours and pricing information.
- Ensure accurate catalogue data across all sales channels.
- Coordinate photoshoots, product data and SKU management.
- Track inventory and stock updates across platforms.
- Monitor listing errors and resolve catalogue-related issues.
- Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for product availability.
- Maintain product and inventory reports in Excel.
- Ensure timely launch of new collections on all platforms.

Requirements
- 6 Months to 1 Year Experience in E-commerce, Catalogue Management or Production Coordination.
- Experience working with Shopify, Myntra and Ajio Seller Panels.




- Good knowledge of Excel and data management.
- Understanding of SKU creation and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive communication and coordination abilities.
