Production Assistant / Coordinator Video Production – Faridabad – 2+ Years

We are looking for a highly organised Production Assistant / Coordinator with 1–4 years of experience in video production, shoot coordination, events, media or similar deadline-driven environments. The ideal candidate is skilled in production planning, scheduling, talent and product coordination, shot tracking and production handoffs. Strong follow-through, communication and the ability to manage multiple moving parts are essential.

Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Responsibilities

1. Maintaining production schedules, call sheets, setup orders, contact lists and practical checklists.
2. Coordinating products, props, wardrobe inputs, set materials, access and transport before shoot call time.
3. Confirming talent availability, arrival schedules, permissions and releases.
4. Tracking shot progress, takes, missing coverage, continuity notes and production changes during shoots.
5. Highlighting timing risks, missing inputs and dependencies to the Video Director.
6. Completing wrap records, asset checklists and production handoffs for the editing team.
7. Ensuring footage, notes, releases and outstanding actions are reaching the relevant internal owners.

Requirements

1. Having 2+ years of experience in production coordination, video production, shoot support, event coordination or similar deadline-sensitive operational work.
2. Having exposure to video shoots, production environments, advertising, media, events, content or consumer-facing brands.
3. Demonstrating strong skills in scheduling, coordination, tracking, documentation and follow-through.
4.



Being comfortable coordinating with creative teams, talent, vendors and internal stakeholders.
5. Having solid organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
6. Being comfortable working from office five days a week in Faridabad.
7. Holding a relevant qualification; practical production experience and reliability are prioritised over a specific credential.
8. Being available to join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
