Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Product Manager at Product Growth School.

The Product

Manager will define and prioritize product roadmaps, gather and analyze user feedback, and translate insights into clear requirements and feature specifications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality product experiences and ensure timely releases.

Manager will track product performance, run experiments, and use data to drive iterative improvements. In addition, this role contributes to refining internal product frameworks and may support educational content, tools,



and experiences for learners in Product Growth School’s programs.

Qualifications

- Strong product management skills, including product discovery, roadmap planning, and requirements definition.
- Experience with user research, customer interviews, and translating qualitative and quantitative insights into product decisions.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision making, including comfort with metrics, experimentation, and analytical tools.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment, managing priorities and deadlines.
- Background in technology, education, or digital products is a plus; prior experience as a Product Manager or in a related role (e.g., business analyst, founder, project manager) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
