We’re looking for a Product Designer who thinks beyond screens and individual user flows. This role is for someone who can own a product from 0→1, think in systems, understand brand positioning, build compelling product narratives, and turn complex requirements into simple, high-utility experiences.

This is not simply a UI/UX execution role. You’ll own design strategy and execution and have a meaningful voice in how the product takes shape.

What You’ll Do

- Own the end-to-end product design journey, from understanding the problem to shaping the experience, shipping, and iteration.
- Think beyond singular flows to create scalable design frameworks and cohesive product experiences.
- Translate complex requirements and business logic into intuitive experiences, concepts, flows, prototypes, and clear product specifications.
- Contribute to product strategy, priorities, tradeoffs, and key decisions about product direction.
- Use strong brand positioning and storytelling to clearly communicate what the product stands for, why it matters, and what makes it distinct.
- Build compelling narratives around user needs, product opportunities, and design decisions.
- Use research, data, rapid experimentation, and AI tools to accelerate exploration and decision-making.
- Represent the design perspective in high-impact product discussions and influence decisions through strong reasoning and product judgment.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products.




- Proven experience owning a product or significant product area from 0→1.
- Strong product thinking and systems thinking—not just strong UI craft.
- Robust brand positioning and product storytelling skills.
- Ability to simplify complex problems into clear, high-utility experiences.
- High ownership—you take responsibility for outcomes, not just design deliverables.
- Ability to make thoughtful decisions, prioritize effectively, and execute within tight timelines.
- Curiosity and adaptability—you question assumptions, learn quickly, and adjust when new information emerges.

How We Work Speed matters. You’ll be provided with clear product context, information, and requirements, but the time available to research, explore, and design will often be limited. We expect you to quickly understand the problem, identify what matters, and translate requirements into thoughtful product experiences.

We value quality, but we don’t optimize for perfection. Use your judgment, rapid research, data, prototypes, AI, and other tools to move from thinking to execution quickly.

If you prefer long exploration cycles or extended timelines to move from requirements to execution or if brand positioning and strong product storytelling aren’t reflected in how you design this role will not be the right fit.

We’re looking for someone who wants to do more than design a set of screens. You’ll be expected to think like a product owner, operate like a builder, and use design to influence what we build, how we position it, and the story we tell through the product.
