A good product starts with understanding a problem, seeing it from the user's perspective, asking the right questions and finding a solution that works.

At Nexeor, you'll work closely with our Head of Operations across websites, SaaS, ERP, CRM and e-commerce products — learning what happens beyond the Figma file and how ideas become real products.

What Your Journey Will Look Like

- Start with the problem — Understand the requirement, the user and the problem worth solving.
- Think through the experience — Shape features, user journeys and interfaces into practical product concepts.
- Build and experiment — Use modern AI tools to research, prototype and bring ideas to life.
- Challenge the obvious — Study competitors, trends and product data to find better solutions.
- Build with the team — Work with Design, Development and QA to turn concepts into real products.

What We're Looking For

You don't need to arrive as a product expert.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a genuine interest in UI/UX, Products or Technology.
- Thinks from the user's perspective and enjoys solving problems.
- Has a basic understanding of digital products and interfaces.
- Is curious about AI, websites, SaaS, e-commerce and modern technology.




- Communicates ideas clearly and is comfortable asking questions.
- Learns quickly, experiments and takes initiative.
- Brings full-on power, curiosity and the drive to build.

What You'll Learn

This isn't an internship where you'll simply observe from the sidelines. You'll gain practical exposure to:

- Product Thinking — Understanding users, problems and business requirements.
- UI/UX & Prototyping — Turning ideas into user flows, interfaces and prototypes.
- AI-Assisted Product Building — Using up-to-date AI tools to research, experiment and build faster.
- Analytics & Research — Using product data, competitors and trends to make better decisions.
- Product Collaboration — Working with Design, Development and QA to take ideas from concept to reality.
- Real-World Products — Contributing to websites, SaaS, ERP, CRM and e-commerce projects.
