Role Description The Product Assembly and Testing Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The technician will be responsible for assembling products and components according to technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include performing functional tests, inspecting products for defects, documenting test results, and reporting issues to supervisors or engineers.

The role involves working with tools, instruments, and laboratory-style equipment to validate performance, conducting basic troubleshooting on faulty units, and supporting continuous improvement and safety practices on the production floor. Collaboration with production, quality, and engineering teams is required to ensure that products meet specifications and are delivered on time.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Control skills, including product inspection, adherence to standards, and accurate documentation.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret test data,



identify patterns in failures, and support root-cause analysis.
- Candidates should possess relevant Laboratory Skills, such as handling test equipment, following testing protocols, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose basic mechanical or electronic issues and assist in corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess explicit Communication skills to report test findings, escalate issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or ITI in engineering, electronics, manufacturing, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Previous experience in product assembly, testing, or production environments is an advantage.
- Ability to follow standardized procedures, maintain safety practices, and work effectively in a structured, team-based environment.
