: Purchase & Procurement Executive IT System Integration

Role: Purchase & Procurement Executive

Experience: 2–5 years in IT procurement / System Integration / IT infrastructure

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement for IT hardware, software, networking, AV, cybersecurity and infrastructure projects.
- Understand technical specifications, BOQs, OEM requirements and convert them into commercially viable procurement.
- Source and negotiate with OEMs, distributors, authorized partners and vendors for pricing, availability and credit terms.
- Prepare and compare techno-commercial quotations, BOMs, rate comparisons and vendor evaluations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Projects and Accounts to ensure timely procurement and project delivery.
- Track POs, deliveries, lead times, warranties, replacements and vendor commitments.
- Maintain vendor database,



price lists and product lifecycle information including EOL/EOS and alternate products.
- Ensure procurement complies with tender, OEM authorization, warranty and project-specific requirements.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising technical compliance or project quality.

Ideal Candidate

- Good understanding of IT products and infrastructure: servers, PCs, laptops, networking, storage, security, printers, AV, UPS, software etc.
- Strong commercial negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Able to read and understand technical specifications and BOQs.
- Valuable Excel/ERP skills and strong follow-up discipline.
- Should have the mindset of a techno-commercial buyer, not just a purchase order processor.
