Shift - Day Shift (6 days working | 1 rotational off)
Package – Up to 6.5LPA

Eligibility
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year on-paper experience as Trainer
- Solid communication & presentation skills
- Good knowledge of OJT, TTT & TNI
- Throughout good academic record
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct new hire & refresher trainings
- Manage OJT batches and floor nesting support
- Identify training needs (TNI) and plan interventions
- Monitor trainee performance & conduct feedback sessions
- Maintain training reports, attendance & trackers
- Coordinate with Ops & Quality teams
- Drive performance improvement initiatives
