Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Process Operator role based in Bharuch.

The Process

Operator will monitor and operate chemical process equipment, including reactors, distillation units, and related utilities, in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities include recording process parameters, adjusting controls to maintain optimal operating conditions, and ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards. The role involves performing routine checks on equipment, coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs, and supporting preventive maintenance activities.





The Process

Operator will also follow Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP), participate in shift handovers, and assist in troubleshooting process deviations to maintain reliable and efficient plant operations.

Qualifications

- Experience in the Chemical Industry, with familiarity in chemical plant operations and safety practices.
- Knowledge of Process Engineering principles and ability to understand process flow diagrams and operating procedures.
- Skills in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance of process equipment, including coordination with maintenance teams.
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and related quality and documentation requirements.
- Diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment and comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and capability to follow standardized procedures.
- Prior experience in continuous process plants or CS2/chemical production facilities is an advantage.
