- Design and optimize processes for oil and gas extraction, refining, and transportation.
- Develop and implement process control strategies and systems.
- Conduct process simulations using software tools such as HYSYS or Aspen Plus.
- Perform risk assessments and HAZOP studies to identify and mitigate process hazards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues during operations.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and project teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Prepare and review process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs;), and other technical documentation.
- Monitor and analyse process performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of process simulation software (e.g., HYSYS, Aspen Plus).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards (API, ASME, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in offshore environments, including physical fitness and safety training certification.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
