As a Primary School Teacher at our school, you will be responsible for instructing and guiding young students through their foundational academic journey. Your role involves creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that encourages intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Instruction: Deliver lessons across various subjects based on the school curriculum, ensuring they are age-appropriate and tailored to meet the needs of primary-level students. Utilize diverse teaching methodologies to facilitate effective learning.

Student Development: Foster the holistic development of children by focusing on their cognitive, social, emotional, and academic progress. Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles within the classroom.

Parental Collaboration: Establish and maintain open lines of communication with parents or guardians, providing regular updates on students' progress, strengths, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with parents to support students' learning outside the classroom.

Classroom Management: Create a well-structured and inclusive classroom environment that promotes participation, respect, and a love for learning. Manage classroom activities efficiently while ensuring a positive and conducive atmosphere for learning.

Safety and Well-being: Prioritize the safety, health, and well-being of primary-level students.



Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean and secure classroom environment conducive to learning.

Mentorship and Support: Provide guidance, mentorship, and emotional support to students, fostering their confidence, self-expression, and interpersonal skills. Address behavioral issues with care and implement positive reinforcement strategies.

Curriculum Development: Contribute to the enhancement of the school curriculum by incorporating innovative teaching techniques, resources, and activities that align with primary education standards and promote student engagement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field, with a teaching certification/license.
- Previous experience teaching primary-level students is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and school administrators.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for nurturing young learners.
- Profound understanding of primary education principles and effective teaching methodologies.
