We are looking for a caring, energetic, and creative Primary Teacher who can build a strong academic foundation while creating a joyful and engaging classroom setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach primary-level subjects according to the school curriculum.
- Prepare age-appropriate lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, numeracy, communication, and social skills.
- Use activity-based and child-centered teaching methods.
- Conduct assessments and maintain student progress records.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide additional support.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a safe learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development.
- Participate in school events,
activities, and celebrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant qualification such as D.El.Ed., B.El.Ed., or equivalent, as applicable.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Patience and empathy while working with young children.
- Creative and engaging teaching approach.
- Ability to use activity-based and experiential learning methods.
- Good lesson-planning and assessment skills.
- Basic computer and smart-class/digital teaching skills.
- Positive attitude, energy, responsibility, and professionalism.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
