Role Description The Primary Homeroom Teacher is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons across core subjects, manage the homeroom classroom environment, and track student progress through regular assessments and feedback.

Daily responsibilities include designing age-appropriate learning activities, maintaining clear communication with students and families, and collaborating with colleagues to support holistic student development. The role also involves participating in school events, adhering to school policies,



and contributing to the continuous improvement of teaching practices and curriculum implementation.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Teaching and Elementary Education, with demonstrated ability to manage and instruct primary-grade learners.
- Experience in Curriculum Development and Education, including creating lesson plans aligned with learning standards and school objectives.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues in a transparent, respectful, and collaborative manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; formal teacher training or certification in elementary/primary education is preferred.
- Ability to create an inclusive, student-centered classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Prior experience teaching in a school setting; familiarity with modern pedagogical methods and continuous assessment practices is an advantage.
