We are looking for a skilled Press Brake Operator to operate press brake machines for bending and forming steel plates/components used in High Mast Pole manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for accurate bending, machine setup, quality inspection, and safe operation of the equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate hydraulic/CNC press brake machines for bending steel plates as per production drawings.
- Set up the machine, select appropriate dies/tools, and adjust bending parameters.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and bending specifications.
- Perform accurate bending of plates required for High Mast Pole sections and components.
- Check dimensions, angles, bend radius, and overall quality of finished components.
- Use measuring instruments such as measuring tape, vernier caliper, angle gauge, etc.
- Ensure proper alignment and positioning of plates before bending.
- Identify and report machine abnormalities, defects, or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain production targets while ensuring accuracy and minimum material wastage.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic housekeeping around the machine.
- Carry out routine machine checks and coordinate with the maintenance team when required.
- Maintain proper records of production and rejected/defective components.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- ITI/Diploma in Fitter, Fabrication, Mechanical or related trade preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Press Brake Operator in steel fabrication/heavy engineering/manufacturing.
- Experience with hydraulic or CNC press brake machines preferred.
- Knowledge of steel plate bending and fabrication processes.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
- Good knowledge of measurements, angles, and dimensions.
- Ability to work in a production workplace and meet daily targets.
- Strong focus on quality and safety.

Preferred Experience Experience in High Mast Pole, Octagonal Pole, Conical Pole, Street Light Pole, or heavy steel fabrication will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions
- Full-time production-floor role.
- May require working in shifts depending on production requirements.
- Candidate must be comfortable handling heavy steel plates with appropriate lifting equipment and PPE.
- Strict adherence to workplace safety procedures is mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
