Position Summary

Lead the company's freight pricing, rate procurement, and commercial quotation activities across Ocean, Air, and Trucking. You will act as the vital link between overseas agents, internal teams, and logistics providers, ensuring all pricing solutions are accurate, competitive, commercially viable, and aligned with company profitability targets.

Core Responsibilities

Pricing & Quotation Management

- Manage day-to-day pricing activities across all transport modes (Ocean, Air, Trucking, and other logistics services).
- Review and process RFQs and pricing inquiries from customers and overseas agents.
- Analyze complex shipment requirements, including origin/destination, commodity, weight, volume, equipment type, Incoterms, and specific service needs.
- Prepare, formulate, and deliver accurate and competitive quotations.

Agency Operations & Collaboration

- Work closely with a wide network of vendors, including shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, truckers,



and warehouses, to secure rates.
- Collaborate effectively with internal Operations and Sales teams to develop winning commercial strategies.
- Manage overseas agency operations by handling agent inquiries, shipment requirements, and commercial negotiations.

Key Requirements

- Deep understanding of freight forwarding pricing and international rate procurement.
- Solid working knowledge of overseas agency operations, Incoterms, and commercial negotiation strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
