About the Role

Real Property is looking for a proactive and communication-focused Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team by handling incoming leads, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with the sales team to convert qualified prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and property needs.
- Make regular follow-up calls and maintain proper lead records.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine business opportunities.
- Share relevant property/project information with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for site visits, meetings, and further discussions.
- Maintain daily lead and follow-up reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients and minimize lead drop-offs.
- Update CRM/lead management sheets regularly.
- Coordinate internally with the Sales and Sourcing teams for smooth lead movement.
- Achieve assigned calling,



follow-up, and lead-conversion targets.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Real Estate, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable making regular outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong ownership, discipline, and target-oriented approach.
- Candidates with real-estate or property-sales exposure will be preferred.
