Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre Primary Teacher role based in Noida.

The Pre Primary

Teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities, aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational philosophy. Daily responsibilities include creating a protected and supportive classroom environment, facilitating play-based learning, observing and documenting student progress, and maintaining clear communication with parents and guardians. The teacher will participate in staff meetings, contribute to school events,



and collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices and classroom management.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Teaching and Elementary Education, with experience working with preschool or early primary learners.
- Ability to design and implement effective Curriculum Development and Education plans tailored to early childhood needs.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues in a clear and respectful manner.
- Relevant academic background in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Patience, empathy, and a child-centered approach to classroom management and learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, adapt to diverse student needs, and maintain a safe, inclusive environment.
- Prior experience in a preschool or pre-primary setting is highly desirable.
