We are seeking an enthusiastic Pre-Primary Associate Teacher who can provide children with a solid foundation for early learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Should be able to handle Playgroup and proxy classes for Pre-Primary.

- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans, play-based activities, and sensory learning experiences.

- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.

- Guide young children in developing basic literacy, numeracy, fine motor skills, and good habits.

- Assist in managing classroom behavior with empathy and positive reinforcement.

Requirements

- NTT/Mont./ECCE/B.Ed is mandatory.

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Early Childhood Development preferred).

- Exceptional patience, strong communication, and creative classroom management skills.

- Prior experience working with preschool or kindergarten preferred.

- Genuine passion and enthusiasm for early childhood education.
