The business is now looking to appoint a senior leader to build on this foundation and drive the next phase of growth. /n /n Role Overview: /n This is a senior, market-facing leadership role responsible for leading the India studio both externally and internally. /n The successful candidate will act as the figurehead for the office, building and maintaining client relationships, securing new work, and leading an established team to deliver high-quality design. /n The role requires a balance of business development, leadership, and commercial awareness, alongside a robust understanding of design quality. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n Leadership & Studio Management: /n /n

- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team.

- Work closely with existing leadership, including the Head of Architecture and Head of Interior Design.

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within architecture or design practice.

- Background in architecture, urban design, or a related discipline.

- Experience working within multidisciplinary environments.
