About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised Production Planning & Control (PPC) Executive to oversee production scheduling, capacity planning, material coordination, and delivery timelines. You will bridge operations, sourcing, and dispatch teams to keep manufacturing workflows running smoothly and meet delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules aligned with customer orders and plant capacity.
- Manage capacity planning, machine/line loading, and resource allocation to optimize output and minimize downtime.
- Track order progress through the Time & Action (T&A;) calendar to ensure critical milestones are met.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sourcing, Stores, and Merchandising to ensure raw material availability before production starts.
- Monitor daily Work-in-Progress (WIP), run planned vs. actual variance analysis, and generate daily/weekly production MIS reports.
- Liaise with Dispatch and Supply Chain teams to ensure On-Time In-Full (OTIF) order execution.

Requirements:

- 2–6 years of hands-on experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC)



within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in production scheduling, line loading, capacity planning, and raw material tracking.
- Strong proficiency in creating and analyzing Production MIS reports and T&A; schedules.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage tight delivery deadlines.
