Job Title: Power Electronics Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Power Electronics Technician to handle installation, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of power electronic systems such as Online UPS, Inverters, Home UPS, Servo Stabilizers, Solar Inverters, and Battery Systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning, testing and servicing of UPS, inverter and power electronics systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical/electronic faults at component and system level.
- Troubleshoot SMPS, rectifiers, inverters, IGBT/MOSFET circuits, control cards, chargers and battery systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and breakdown service at customer sites.
- Perform battery testing, replacement and maintenance.
- Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
- Prepare service reports and maintain service records.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and technical teams for resolving service issues.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and company service standards.
- Travel to customer locations when required.

Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- Candidates with relevant experience in UPS, inverter,



solar or power electronics servicing will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits.
- Ability to use a multimeter, clamp meter, oscilloscope and other testing instruments.
- Basic knowledge of PCB troubleshooting and component testing.
- Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to read electrical/electronic circuit diagrams.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for installation and service work.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.

Preferred Experience Experience in servicing any of the following will be an advantage:
- Online UPS
- Inverter / Home UPS
- Solar Inverter
- Servo Stabilizer
- SMF & Tubular Batteries
- Lithium Battery Systems
- Industrial Power Electronics

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on qualification, experience and technical skills, plus applicable TA/DA and incentives.

Ideal candidate: A technically strong person who can independently diagnose problems, communicate with customers professionally, and complete installation and service work efficiently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
