- Operate the power crane safely and efficiently as per site requirements.

- Lift, shift, load, and unload construction materials, equipment, and other heavy items.

- Conduct daily inspections of the crane before starting operations.

- Check crane controls, brakes, hooks, ropes, chains, hydraulic systems, and other components.

- Ensure that the crane is operated within its approved load capacity.

- Follow signals and instructions given by the authorized signalman/rigger.

- Position the crane properly before lifting operations.

- Ensure safe movement and placement of materials at designated locations.

- Maintain proper communication with the site team during lifting operations.

- Immediately report any equipment malfunction, damage, or safety concern to the supervisor.

- Maintain daily records/logbooks of crane operations, working hours, and maintenance requirements.

- Carry out basic cleaning and routine maintenance of the crane.

- Ensure proper parking and protected shutdown of the crane after operations.

- Follow all site safety rules, PPE requirements, and lifting procedures.





- Prevent unauthorized persons from entering the crane operating area.

- Coordinate with the site engineer, supervisor, riggers, and other workers for smooth lifting operations.

- Perform other equipment-related duties as assigned by management.

Safety Responsibilities

- Strictly follow all crane and lifting safety procedures.

- Never exceed the crane's rated lifting capacity.

- Ensure proper inspection of lifting accessories before use.

- Do not operate the crane if any critical defect or unsafe condition is identified.

- Use required PPE such as helmet, safety shoes, reflective jacket, and other applicable safety equipment.

- Maintain a safe distance from power lines, structures, workers, and other obstacles.

- Follow standard hand signals and communication procedures during lifting operations.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
