Role & responsibilities :

Looking for a Business Analyst with strong hands-on Power BI development experience. The candidate must be capable of handling end-to-end reporting (requirement gathering dashboard development deployment) while working closely with business stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI (Desktop + Service)
- Advanced DAX (YTD, MTD, QTD, YoY, KPIs)
- Solid Data Modeling (Star Schema)
- Experience with Power Query (ETL, data transformation)
- Valuable SQL skills (Joins, Aggregations, CTEs)
- Experience in dashboard design & performance optimization
- Stakeholder interaction & requirement gathering

Good-to-Have :

- Exposure to Azure (Data Factory, Data Lake)
- Basic Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Experience with RLS, Gateways, Deployment Pipelines
- Agile tools (JIRA, Git)

Key Responsibilities :

- Developed interactive Power BI dashboards for business use cases
- Built data models & wrote complex DAX measures
- Worked on multiple data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.)
- Managed Power BI Service (publishing, refresh, gateway setup)
- Interacted with business stakeholders / handled requirements
- Delivered KPI-driven reporting solutions
