Position: PMC Lead

Location: BHATINDA

Experience: 2–7 Years

Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Mandatory Requirement: Own vehicle and willingness to travel within assigned territory. Auto CAD proficiency is mandatory.

Role Overview The PMC Lead will be responsible for monitoring, supervision, and quality control of construction, up gradation, and maintenance works of retail outlets, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Civil & Structural Works

· Monitoring construction of recent retail outlets and up gradation of existing outlets including CNG facilities.

· Ensuring layout execution as per approved drawings.

· Marking of levels for earth filling and planned facilities.

· Supervision of foundations, canopy structures, drainage, retaining walls, and boundary walls.

Mechanical Works – Tanks & Pumps

· Supervision of tank and pump installations.

· Verification of pipeline specifications and coating thickness.

· Monitoring pit preparation, pressure testing, and approved fittings.

Driveway & Forecourt Works

· Review of driveway design based on traffic and CBR.

· Supervision of laying, slope marking, layers, paver,



and drainage.

Dispenser & STP Works

· Ensuring correct installation of dispensers, shear valves, break-away couplings, and safety features.

· Verification of earthing, MLD functioning, and MPD installation.

Canopy & RVI Works

· Supervision of canopy foundation, roofing, false ceiling, drainage, and lighting.

· Verification of signage, branding elements, and OEM warranties.

Electrical Works

· Verification of armored copper cables and earthing systems.

· Monitoring electrical panels, UPS, stabilizers, and light pole installations.

Quality Control & Field Testing

· Verification of field test reports for bricks, sand, cement, and aggregates.

· Maintaining records and compliance documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies

· Strong technical knowledge of civil and infrastructure works.

· Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.

· Excellent site coordination and supervision skills.

· Strong quality control and documentation abilities.

· Valuable communication and safety compliance.
