Rohan Builders and Developers is looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor with robust expertise in Plumbing works and 4-7 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for supervising plumbing and MEP installations, coordinating with contractors and site teams, ensuring quality and safety standards, and completing work as per approved drawings and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor plumbing and MEP works at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other site teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor material usage, workmanship,



and site progress.
- Support testing, inspection, and commissioning activities.
- Resolve site-level issues and maintain daily progress reports.

Requirements:

- 4-7 years of relevant MEP/Plumbing experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Plumbing systems and installations.
- Experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry.
- Ability to read and understand MEP/Plumbing drawings.
- Good coordination, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
