Role Description This is a full-time PLC Programmer role based in Rajkot with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The PLC Programmer will design, develop, and implement PLC programs for industrial automation systems, including integration with HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, and CNC controllers.

Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting electrical and control panel drawings, configuring hardware, writing and testing control logic, and troubleshooting automation equipment on-site and remotely. The role involves collaborating with engineers and technicians to customize solutions for client needs, preparing technical documentation, and supporting commissioning and maintenance activities. The PLC Programmer will also assist in optimizing existing automation systems,



ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

- Strong PLC programming skills (e.g., ladder logic, function block diagrams) and experience with common industrial PLC platforms.
- Knowledge of HMI configuration, VFD setup, AC servo motor control, and CNC controller integration.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and experience working with electrical control panels and field instrumentation.
- Experience in industrial automation project execution, including system testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP) and basic networking for industrial systems.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and reliability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to work on-site at customer locations as needed and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
- Prior experience in industrial automation or manufacturing environments is preferred; exposure to multiple industries is an advantage.
