Role Description This full-time Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operator role is an in office position based in Hosur. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring plastic injection molding machines to produce mechanical parts according to specifications.

Daily tasks include loading materials, adjusting machine parameters, performing basic troubleshooting, and ensuring consistent production output. The operator will inspect finished parts for defects, measure critical dimensions, and follow established quality control procedures.

Responsibilities also include conducting routine preventive maintenance checks, maintaining cleanliness and safety around the machines, completing production logs,



and collaborating with supervisors and quality teams to meet production targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Machine Operation, including setting parameters, monitoring performance, and handling basic troubleshooting.
- Candidates should possess skills in Injection Molding and Injections, with an understanding of molding cycles, material behavior, and part-quality requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including visual inspection, dimensional checks, and adherence to quality standards and documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance, including routine checks, minor adjustments, and timely reporting of machine issues.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in plastic injection molding or related manufacturing, familiarity with safety practices, ability to read basic technical drawings, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shifts, stand for extended periods, follow standard operating procedures, and collaborate effectively with production and quality teams.
