Role Description The Plant Superintendent at HPIPL is responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, ensuring that manufacturing, assembly, and installation-related activities for parking systems are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Noida, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home as business needs allow.

Key day-to-day tasks include supervising plant staff, coordinating production schedules, monitoring equipment performance, and enforcing safety protocols and ISO-compliant procedures. The role also involves collaborating with engineering, quality assurance, and logistics teams,



optimizing resource utilization, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to support innovation and timely project delivery.

The Plant

Superintendent is expected to maintain clear documentation, track operational metrics, and support management in planning capacity, resolving issues, and meeting customer commitments.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Plant Management and Plant Operations skills, including experience with production planning, workflow optimization, and equipment oversight.
- Candidates should possess solid Operations Management skills, with the ability to manage resources, coordinate cross-functional activities, and meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Candidates should possess proven Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, with familiarity in ISO standards, inspection processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or infrastructure sectors, ideally with automation or mechanical systems, is highly beneficial.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in basic MS Office and familiarity with ERP or production management software.
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and ethical work practices, along with effective communication skills and the capacity to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
