Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage production operations to meet daily targets, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
- Oversee shop floor activities, including cutting, stitching, and sewing processes to ensure high-quality products are produced on time.
- Analyze data from OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to production planning, quality control, and inventory management.
Job Requirements :
- 15-20 years of experience in textile manufacturing industry as a Plant Head or Operations Manager.
- Robust knowledge of production operation, including cutting, stitching, and sewing techniques.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale production facilities with multiple shifts.
