KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage day-to-day plant and factory operations . Oversee production activities and manufacturing processes.

Manage and supervise production equipment and related operations. Coordinate and manage staff and labour at the plant.



Ensure smooth and efficient production operations. Monitor manufacturing processes and plant activities.

Coordinate dispatch operations and ensure timely movement of finished products. Support proper coordination between production and dispatch activities. Handle overall plant operations and address operational requirements. ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE: Male candidate with a Diploma qualification.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in plant, factory or production management. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and plant operations .

Experience in staff and labour management. Knowledge of production equipment and dispatch operations.

Basic

English communication skills.

Mechanical
