Role: Placement Manager

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Placement Manager to build relationships with companies and create placement opportunities for our learners.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with IT companies, recruiters and hiring teams .
- Identify and generate placement and internship opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives and the complete placement process.
- Develop long-term corporate hiring partnerships.




- Work closely with learners and internal teams to ensure suitable job-role alignment.
- Maintain placement records and track hiring outcomes.

What We're Looking For

- Robust English communication skills are essential .
- Excellent networking, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to connect with companies and generate hiring opportunities.
- Good understanding of the IT industry and technology roles .
- Proactive, organized and strong in follow-ups.
- Experience in placements, recruitment, EdTech or IT training will be an advantage.
