Seacom Skills University is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented Placement Coordinator for its School of Hotel Management. The candidate will be responsible for developing industry connections, coordinating placement and internship opportunities, managing recruitment drives, and supporting students throughout the placement process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, networking, coordination, and relationship-building skills, with a good understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate end-to-end placement and internship activities for students of the School of Hotel Management.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotels, resorts, restaurants, hospitality chains, QSRs, airlines, cruise lines, travel companies, and other relevant organisations.
- Identify new recruiters and generate placement, internship, apprenticeship, and industrial training opportunities.
- Coordinate with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, General Managers, and industry professionals for recruitment requirements and campus hiring.
- Organise campus recruitment drives, interviews, pre-placement talks, career sessions, job fairs, and industry interaction programmes.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with recruiters to ensure successful placement outcomes.
- Guide students regarding job opportunities, internships, interview preparation, resume building, grooming, communication skills, and workplace etiquette.




- Coordinate with faculty members and university administration to ensure smooth execution of placement activities.
- Maintain an updated database of students, recruiters, job openings, interviews, offers, internships, and joining status.
- Prepare regular placement reports and provide updates to the University management.
- Build long-term industry partnerships and encourage repeat recruitment from existing recruiters.
- Track placement and internship outcomes and ensure timely documentation of all placement-related activities.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Candidates with experience in campus placement, recruitment, hospitality HR, corporate relations, or training and placement will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with industry professionals.
- Positive knowledge of the hotel and hospitality industry.
- Excellent networking, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- A proactive, target-oriented, and result-driven approach.

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on qualifications and relevant experience. To Apply: Interested candidates may share their updated CV/resume for consideration.
