An Zepto Picker & Packer works in a fulfillment center (warehouse) and is responsible for selecting (picking) customer orders and packing them safely for delivery . This role is critical to ensuring quick and accurate order fulfillment. Picking (Order Selection)Locate products in the warehouse using scanners or order sheets Pick correct items based on quantity, size, and specifications Ensure accuracy of orders before sending to packing stage Move items to packing or dispatch area Packing (Order Preparation)Pack items securely in boxes/envelopes to avoid damage Label packages correctly with shipping details Verify order accuracy (right item, right quantity) Seal and prepare shipments for delivery
