- MPT preferred Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred Number of Openings: 4 About I-Spine WellnessI-Spine Wellness is a specialized non-surgical spine and musculoskeletal rehabilitation center focused on structured rehabilitation, pain management, functional recovery, posture correction, and patient progress monitoring. Our treatment approach combines physiotherapy and rehabilitation modalities with individualized patient-care protocols. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct patient assessments and understand clinical complaints, functional limitations, posture, mobility, and pain patterns. Provide physiotherapy and rehabilitation sessions according to the prescribed treatment plan. Handle patients with back pain, neck pain, sciatica, disc-related conditions, stiffness, muscular pain, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Provide appropriate therapeutic exercises, mobility exercises, stretching, strengthening, posture correction, and functional rehabilitation. Operate rehabilitation modalities such as EMS/TENS/IFT, ultrasound, laser, PMST, shockwave and other equipment as trained and authorized by the center. Monitor patient response and maintain accurate treatment records. Track and document patient progress throughout the treatment program. Explain prescribed exercises and rehabilitation instructions clearly to patients. Coordinate with senior physiotherapists and doctors regarding patient progress and treatment requirements. Maintain proper patient documentation, treatment notes, assessment records, and follow-up records. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper handling of physiotherapy equipment. Maintain professional communication and a patient-friendly approach. Follow clinic protocols, appointment schedules, attendance policies,



and documentation standards.

- DocumentationThe physiotherapist will be responsible for maintaining: Initial patient assessment Daily treatment records Pain and functional progress Exercise and rehabilitation plan Patient response to treatment Follow-up observations Periodic progress updates Completion and maintenance of patient files Candidate Requirements Mandatory: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) Valid professional registration as applicable Valuable clinical and communication skills Basic computer/documentation skills Willingness to work in a structured clinical environment Preferred: Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) 0–5 years of relevant experience Experience in orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, spine, sports, or rehabilitation settings Freshers: Candidates with BPT qualification and good clinical fundamentals may also apply.

Working

HoursFull-Time 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Part-TimeApproximately 5 hours per day , based on clinic requirements and mutually agreed shifts.

Salary will depend on qualification, experience, clinical skills, communication, and overall suitability for the position.
