Role Description The Physiotherapist will work on-site at Esperanza Health Care Services in Nagpur in a part-time capacity, collaborating closely with mental health professionals to support holistic patient care. Day-to-day tasks include assessing patients’ physical conditions, designing individualized physiotherapy treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to address musculoskeletal issues, pain, and mobility challenges.

The role involves educating patients on exercise routines, posture, ergonomics, and lifestyle adjustments that complement their mental health treatment. The Physiotherapist will maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed,



and participate in multidisciplinary discussions to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong clinical physiotherapy skills, including patient assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Candidates should possess skills in therapeutic exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques, and pain management strategies.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse patients and collaborate with mental health and medical teams.
- Candidates should possess good documentation, time management, and organizational skills to handle part-time caseloads efficiently.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution; valid professional registration/license as required by local regulations.
- Experience in orthopedic, neuromuscular, or rehabilitation settings; prior exposure to mental health or psychosomatic conditions is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries, demonstrate empathy, and uphold inclusive, non-discriminatory care practices.
- Comfort with working in an on-site clinical environment in Nagpur and flexibility to adapt to a multidisciplinary, holistic care model.
